Ellen Belk is President and the creator of Memory Magz.™
Ellen is native of Wisconsin and graduate of Marquette University, earning a Broadcast Journalism degree as a scholarship athlete for the women's basketball team. After a successful ten year broadcasting career, Ellen transitioned into the Senior Living industry. Since 2001, Ellen has specialized in developing programming for the memory impaired. A Mature Musician concert band, an intergenerational Senior Prom and a Fine Art appreciation program are amongst her professional highlights.
As a public speaker and staff trainer/coach, Ellen engages the audience with her inter-active style and witty story telling. She specializes in program development and effective dementia communication techniques. Her philosophy of ‘meet them where they are’ is the cornerstone of her care coaching.

Dan Belk, Vice President
Dan is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Business Management degree. Dan's career in retail management with expertise in operations, personnel and human resources is the necessary foundation for a start-up business.
Ellen's creative imagination combined with Dan's business wisdom is the driving force behind Keep In Mind™. This husband and wife team is proud to provide supportive products for the memory impaired and creative coaching to the care providers.
